SME owners live on Wolf platforms: REPORTED platform counter.
Every UK accountancy catchment, priced by its size
121 postcode areas and 605 seats, five in every area. Price follows the number of SMEs in each catchment: Small, Standard or Metro. Red is open, amber is in discussion, blue is reserved on a 7 day hold, green is taken. Tap an area to see its size, seats and price.
Seat prices by area size
Each area is sized by the number of SMEs on the Wolf platform in it. One price per size, the same for every practice.

| Small | 30 | 5 | £3,750 | £195 | £6,090 |

How a seat works
Show the 4 stepsHide the steps
- The owner asks for an accountant
An SME platform client asks for an accountant from inside their Passport account.
- Up to five practices are shown
Every seated practice in the owner's postcode area appears, at most five, in random order. No practice pays to rank higher.
- The owner consults and chooses
The owner can speak to every practice on show and engages the one that convinces them. Wolf never chooses.
- Open seats go to the first paid practice
A seat is taken when a practice's build setup is paid. Taken seats are never resold in that area.

All figures on this panel are a WOLF ASSESSMENT, not yet measured for accountancy: 1% of platform SMEs a year ask for an accountant (move the rate above), 90% choose a practice on show and about 28% of those engage, spread by Wolf's own SME clients across the 121 areas, five practices in each. Measured figures replace these from launch. Not a forecast of what any practice receives.
What arrives with the client
Every hand raise arrives as a declared, dated file, set out before your practice engages. Current figures, not accounts up to twenty one months old.
Every file is declared by the owner in their own account and dated, before your practice engages. Tap a card to read more.
The service and the urgency
What the owner wants: annual accounts and tax, bookkeeping and VAT, payroll, or a change of accountant, and how soon.
Declared by the owner in their own account and dated. Your practice sees exactly what was asked for before the first call.
The financial position and software
Turnover band, employees, years trading, bookkeeping state and the software in use, kept current in the account.
Figures the owner keeps up to date in the Passport, not a filed set of accounts up to twenty one months old. Your practice can scope the work and the fee from the first conversation.
Dates and the current accountant
Year end, VAT period, payroll dates and the next statutory filings, with the current accountant if there is one.
Deadlines falling due soon are flagged, so onboarding starts in the right order. Where there is an outgoing accountant, your practice asks for professional clearance in the usual way.
Claims the client holds stay the client's own, pursued through panel solicitors, with no fee to Wolf or to your practice. They are not part of the engagement.

Two distinctions no other route carries
Upstream from a Google search
By the time an owner searches for an accountant, every practice bidding on that search sees them at once. The line reaches the business owner earlier, inside a platform they already use, before the search is typed.
Each client arrives with a declared, dated file
The service asked for, the financial position, the software in use and the filing dates, declared by the owner and dated. Current figures, not accounts up to twenty one months old, so your practice can scope the work and the fee from the first conversation.
See what arrivesWhen a client is in difficulty
The Insolv route
Point the client to the debt and insolvency tab in their own Passport. The client chooses a licensed insolvency practitioner seated in their area, and your practice keeps the relationship. Nothing is paid for a referral either way.
| Search, PPC and SEO | An Accountants Passport seat | |
|---|---|---|
| When the owner is reached | At the search, once the owner has decided to look | Inside the Passport account they already hold, before any search |
| Who else is in front of them | Every practice bidding on the same terms | At most five seated practices, in random order |
| What arrives with the owner | A name and a query | Company details, the owner's consent, the services asked for, filing dates and the current accountant, if any |
| What you pay for | Clicks and rankings | Build setup and a fixed monthly per area. Nothing tied to any client won |
Questions from compliance officers
Every practice holding a seat in the owner's postcode area is shown, up to the five seats each area carries. Wolf applies no ranking, scoring or matching between those practices, and what a practice pays does not change who is shown.
Practices appear in a neutral order that varies between clients. No position is bought and no practice holds a permanent place at the top.
Infrastructure only: the build setup and the monthly fee for each postcode area. Nothing Wolf is paid depends on any introduction, engagement, fee or recovery.
No. Nothing on the platform gives accountancy, tax or financial advice. All advice sits with the practice the owner chooses.
The practice the owner engages. The owner selects the practice and sends their own file, and Wolf releases no record to any practice. Practices hold their own client relationships, run their own client due diligence and engagement letters, and retain sole conduct of every engagement.
Every order records the practice's AML supervisor and registration or membership number. Wolf verifies these against the supervisor's public register before a seat is confirmed. A practice that is not supervised for AML cannot hold a seat.
Only the file the owner chooses to send, to the practice the owner names, on the owner's own instruction. Contact consent and transmission authority are captured as two separate, dated acts, and the transfer is recorded field by field.
The practice points the client to the debt and insolvency tab in their own Passport. The client chooses a licensed insolvency practitioner seated in their area. Nothing is paid for that referral in either direction, and the practice keeps the accountancy relationship.

Our Detailed SME Database
The build trajectory: 417,893 SMEs live now (REPORTED), circa 1m by December 2026 and circa 2.4 million by July 2027 (WOLF ASSESSMENT), each on the platform with a unique portable certified Claim Passport account.
Every record is a live, monitored business, refreshed every 24 hours and scored by Insol Intel for insolvency probability. Signals are read against the whole population, so every hand raise arrives with its context attached.
Our Solicitor & CMC Claim Platforms
Millions of consumer accounts, with business owners and directors among them. The platforms are contracted to offer those SMEs one click instant access to our Free Business Claim Passport account.
Our Free Business AI Passport
Our BusinessAIPassport.com. Free to the business owner, opened by the director's own act. The SME's hand is raised for an accountant inside the claim account they already hold and their claim passport is passed, on their own instruction, to the catchment listed practice they choose.
Watch SME accounts move through the platform. At the decision point a proportion ask for an accountant, choose a practice on show and engage it. The start point is a WOLF ASSESSMENT of 1% of platform SMEs a year, not yet measured for accountancy. Move to the December 2026 and July 2027 bases to see the same rate on a larger platform.

What the line starts from, and what it will count
What will be counted
Every request for an accountant made inside a Passport account, by postcode area, sector and the service asked for: annual accounts and tax, bookkeeping and VAT, payroll, or a change of accountant. Then how many choose a practice on show, and how many engage. The figures on this page use a WOLF ASSESSMENT of 1% of platform SMEs a year until measured figures replace them.
Base counts are platform counters. Every rate on this page is labelled with its class, and nothing assessed is shown as observed.
Seated practices see the measured figures for their own areas from go live, inside their Accountants platform.
Where the line changes hands
Stop 10 is not a stage in the journey. It is the point at which the file stops being ours and becomes yours, carried there by the client's own instruction. Everything before it happens inside an account we never leave. Everything after it happens inside a practice we never enter.

60,000 entities from late 2028
The FCA takes AML supervision of around 60,000 legal and accounting entities at the back end of 2028, replacing the professional body model.
Intelligence led, technology enabled
Over 56 million records processed daily, AI used to flag high risk firms earlier, and a stated position that AI does not replace human judgment.
Accountancy sits inside the perimeter
Accountancy professional bodies are overseen through OPBAS today, with HMRC supervising practices outside them. Client onboarding and due diligence are exactly where supervision is being pointed.
Built for that model already
Every field carries its evidence class. Consent is two dated acts. Files arrive machine readable under BPCS/2026.01, validated against a central register. The engagement decision and the due diligence stay with the practice.
